Irene founded The Armani Law Firm in 1995 to fight for employee rights, to help businesses with their legal matters, and to help families best preserve and efficiently transfer their estates and legacies to their loved ones according to their own specific religious, cultural, and family traditions. Since 2006, her practice has focused on estate planning and administration, local and international business planning, maintenance, succession, and dissolution transactions, and related real estate and tax matters for individuals, estates, and businesses.

Irene graduated Cum Laude from University of La Verne, College of Law in 1994. She holds an M.S. in Business and, prior to becoming an attorney, managed the accounting department of an international firm as their head accountant. She has brought her business, accounting, and tax knowledge to her estate, business, and real estate planning and protection practice. Having lived, studied, and worked in Beirut, Athens, California, Paris, and the South of France, she uses her multicultural, international, legal, financial, and business background to provide a unique approach to the firm. Irene is also a California Notary Public and she speaks French, Armenian, Arabic, and basic Turkish.

Irene believes that her role as an attorney and a fellow human being includes, in addition to the legal services where she offers the best legal support, lending a listening ear and a helping hand to clients who are going through challenging and turbulent times in their lives. She recently founded a charitable organization that helps children and women suffering through wars and poverty.

In her free time, Irene loves to write and read, do yoga or tai chi, and hike.
